Spruce Ridge Partners, Inc. was incorporated in July 2005. It is a locally owned and operated Land Sales, Development and Custom Building Services company focusing on environmentally sensitive and energy efficient design.  We utilize solar design and green building techniques. We are committed to providing the highest quality service to our clients through all phases of the building process.

 

We currently have properties available within the Hudson River corridor near the Chestertown, Loon Lake, Friends Lake, North Creek, and Gore Mountain Region.
